Interior design, fit-out, joinery and landscape — designed, built and delivered entirely in-house.
Established in 2020, OPRELL Interiors is a Dubai design & build studio where the designers, supervisors and trades on your project are all employed by one company.
No subcontracting chain. No hand-offs. A drawing office and a joinery workshop under one roof — so nothing is lost between the drawing and the build.
Every trade in-house. Every project one contract, one programme, one responsible team.
Concepts, layouts, materials and FF&E — resolved on paper before a single trade mobilises.
Wardrobes, kitchens and custom furniture manufactured in our own workshop — our dimensions, our tolerances.
Civil, MEP, joinery and finishing crews employed by OPRELL — the same standards on every site.
Snag-free delivery, documented warranty and post-handover support from the team that built it.
Most fit-out problems happen in the gap between a nice drawing and a subcontracted factory. We removed the gap — joinery, wardrobes and upholstered pieces come from our own line.

Homes and workplaces designed and built by one accountable team — beautiful, practical and delivered on time.
To be the UAE's most trusted design & build studio — where nothing is lost between the drawing and the build.
A single design & build contract. Fixed programme and budget. In-house trades throughout — one line of responsibility, start to finish.
Every handover on time, on budget and snag-free. Clients who come back — and bring their friends.
On time, to specification, to the standard promised. Handover is the moment of truth — and we plan backwards from it on day one.
Joinery from our own workshop, finishes by our own hands. The detail is the product — mitred edges, aligned shadow gaps, honest materials.
Fixed budgets, weekly reporting, and clients who return project after project. Repeat relationships are the most honest measure of our work.
A safe site is a non-negotiable baseline — in lived-in villas, operating offices and every workspace in between.
Design, joinery, fit-out, landscape and management under one roof — no subcontracting chain, no gaps between trades.
We look after the space after handover — warranty follow-ups and support from the same people who built it.
